REFUND POLICY
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, contact us at samgarber6@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, such as items that arrive used or without original packaging. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.
